A GPS, Geographic Positioning System, receiver is a hand-held hardware device that uses satellites to determine your physical location and displays it on the GPS screen. With a GPS and set of waypoints you can navigate in unfamiliar territory. Our GPS Exploration Course consits of 12 waypoints located along the Wilderness Trail. At each waypoint there is a key-code that must be deciphered. In the end, each waypoint corresponds with a letter of the alphabet which spells a word when all 12 waypoints are found.
