 Adams Eden Camp is a family owned and operated campground in Central New York.  The Syracuse Post Standard ran an article about the camp on July 25th, 2010.  

MEET THE ADAMS FAMILY

"A family of 13 is resurrecting the land where generations of underprivileged Syracuse youth spent their summer days, at the Rescue Mission's Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je, stretching aross the towns of LaFayette and Otisco.  Paul and Linda Adams were conselors at that camp.  They got married on the property.  Their first home was a small cabin there.

This year, marking their 20th wedding anniversary, they have a rambling home on the propetrty and 11 children ranging in age from 8 months to 19 years, whom they home-school.  They also play host to hikers, campers, picnickers and anglers, and they oversee a mountain meadow maze and ropes course adventures.

'I think this is wat I was made to do,' says Paul Adams.  God's spirit is all over this place.  There's a peace about it.  It's almost like a spiritual mecca.'  Hence the name : Adams Eden Camp......"
